Bike Bruised

On Friday the 13th! I got got knocked off my bike, only hurt one of my fingers and bruised my legs, pretty good going, I had my helmet on luckily.

Good Morning!

Yesterday morning there was a little mouse swimming around in the toilet of the house I'm house sitting. I fished him/her out and put him/her in the garden, he/she looked very wet, very cold, very tired and in a lot of shock, and didn't run. Went back to check if he/she had gone a little while later and there was just a wet patch left. So he/she was fine and walked away unharmed or perhaps got scooped up by a hungry cat, I like to think he/she was fine.

Balloons

A swim in the pond.

I went swimming in Hampstead Heath Ponds at the weekend. It is a favourite London spot of mine, everyone should go, there is something amazing about swimming in the open air. Beware of the Blue Green Algae though, can "apparently" can make you quite sick, but we were fine so happy days.

Cycling is the new way, well old way, forward; cheap and fun! London travel is too hot and far too pricey. p.s. I LOVE LONDON!

Pitt Rivers

This photo was taken at the Pitt Rivers Museum in Oxford. It is definitely worth a visit, it has everything, literally everything. You can touch all the things that normally are stuffed behind a dusty glass case or has a big sign saying "DO NOT TOUCH". This tiny pony was particularly soft.

NY dreaming

This is photo of John and Yoko (aka Joe and Daisy). We made this costume and won a trip to New York, hurray! It was possibly the happiest of day of my life. We are going in September, but I took these photos when I was there last in 2008 for a long, hot and wonderful summer, hopefully upon my return this year I will have some more photos for you to look at...
